Perfect for blocked noses and colds! Like a bath bomb but for the shower. One use per steamer. They fizz the minute the water hits them and release their essential oils. Place one on the shower floor and the menthol and eucalyptus essential oils unblock and clear sinuses. Can also break a chunk off and use in steamer bowl. Do NOT use in the bath they are too strong for the skin -to be bathed in.
